On Friday afternoon, as we were sitting here pondering over our next cool order for merchandise for World Cup Roller Derby, the phone rang. "Hello? Is this Decypher?" "Yes, it is" I replied. "This is Jerry Seltzer calling... the son of Leo Selzer who invented Roller Derby". "OMG!! Of course I know who you are!".

What an honour that Mr. Selzer called US! A small business who has a love for Roller Derby and subcultures in general. The reason? Jerry, loved our "70's Roller Derby Action" shirts which pay tribute to the greats of 70's Roller Derby. Perhaps there will be business ventures between Mr. Seltzer and Decypher! We can only anticipate what excitement this would bring!

It happens to be that time of year again, where the ghosts and goblins come out of the woodwork and celebrate the best time of year... Halloween! And with that goes along Zombie Walks. which is an organized public gathering of people who dress up in zombie costumes. Well, we just received a shipment of cool Zombie wear to add to your zombie wardrobe.

The Zombie Diner T-shirt will certainly get attention if worn in or around a kitchen, especially late at nights!

We also received the Zombie Bride of Frankentstein who walks the countryside looking for her loved one... Till Death Hoodie!

Well, it's about time we got our own blog going! No better time than the present!

We've got ALOT on the go right now. We're gearing up for probably our biggest event EVER! Blood and Thunder's World Cup Roller Derby which is being held in Toronto from December 1-4, 2011. We absolutely can't wait! We're starting to get our merchandise in for this event... lots of derby hosiery, bags, laces, socks and tons more stuff!
